Luminant Design has created an illustrated guide of sign design requirements contained in the U.S. Department of Justice's 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design. The 2010 ADA SAD is mandatory as of March 15, 2012 for most public and commercial spaces in the United States. Luminant Design's easy-to-read illustrated guide includes visual summaries of accessible changes in level, protruding objects, accessible routes, walking surfaces, elevator landing requirements, parking spces, tactile signs, visual signs, pictograms and exclusive details on LRV value clor contrast and ADA compliant fonts.
