Luminant Design has created an Illustrated guide to sign design requirements contained in the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design (formerly called the 2004 ADA Accessibility Guidelines). The 2010 ADA SAD was approved by the U.S. Department of Justice and is mandatory as of March 15, 2012 for most public and commercial spaces in the United States.
