Case study: RTP Golf diagram
Software company Resort Technology Partners needed a series of diagrams to explain the market context and features of their point of sale software. This diagram was designed to show how RTP's customer information management offerings can enhance a golf resort guest's experience. The diagram shows points of contact between guest and resort manager through RTP's resort management software. Software offerings are color-coded by segment (point-of-sale, access control, marketing). The result is a format that entertains as it informs, leading to a better level of reader engagement and comprehension.
This diagram was featured in the book, Best of Informational Diagrams 2, published in 2004 by Pie Books, Japan.
