Case study: RTP website architecture

A 2002 website redesign involving brand development and information architecture services for Resort Technology partners, a 60-person software firm located in Avon, Colorado.

The project was as part of an effort to better define RTP as the industry leader in customer-centric point-of-sale operations software for the resort, recreation and retail industries in the United States. The site redesign was to enable more effective marketing of the software firm's complex software & internet service offerings, including a full range of internet services, including web site and kiosk development, dynamic content integration and database-driven marketing programs.

Post-it brainstorming sessions and market research of competitors provided a content format that would effectively target the company’s primary audience of resort managers.
