This diagram shows how customer information management offerings can enhance a golf resort guest's experience, identifying points of contact between guest and resort manager through the resort management software. Software offerings are color-coded by segment (point-of-sale, access control, marketing). The result is a format that entertains as it informs, leading to a better level of reader engagement and comprehension.
